Hotel Complex Livadite

Hello, despite all the bad comments we made a reservation. We had reserved almost the entire hotel as we were at a seminar, and I can say that I was impressed. When we arrived, all the rooms with terraces were occupied and we were given a room with a jacuzzi and a unique view of the mountains. The staff was very kind, smiling and helpful. We did not use the pool as it was not in season when we visited. The food was up to par. I am satisfied with the stay.

The walls must be made of plasterboard, the echo is incredible! Snoring can be heard from several rooms, and two teenage girls are chatting at 2 in the middle of the night at the reception, the staff is busy! It is not the staff's fault, their boss should provide them with more colleagues so that they can cope with the check-in they are subjected to! The restaurant - chalgoteka. The jacuzzi - dirty, even yellowed in places, the water was cloudy, there was a problem "it stops working, you call one of the staff and they will let it go for you". Nonsense! On a timer to save the boss electricity! The lighting works the same, with motion sensors, but it goes out while you are walking, because clearly there has been a big savings there as well. You walk up the stairs - it stops, you stop too so you don't get into a fight, you wave your hand and it lights up, and so the procedure depends on which floor you were lucky enough to be accommodated on.
